What we’ll do
Kampung Baru..or literally means new village, was opened by our forefathers during 1880’s is the last Malay enclave here in Kuala Lumpur city centre. Kampung Baru offers a glimpse of the ethnic Malay lifestyle and it is home to Malay families who has lived there for the last 5 generations!
Kampung Baru is living museum, a history in it’s time. It’s residents continues to preserve the tradition and stories that exists within its walls.
With Petronas Twin Towers that form a beautiful backdrop to this quaint kampung setting, a visit to Kampung Baru is an experience to cherish.
Discover its local life, foodie, architecture and cultural sights! You will be treated to a Hi-Tea Kampung Baru style in a Malay home..an experience not to be forgotten!

The experience of breaking fast during the Ramadan month is a once a year occasion that is not to be missed! Experience the largest Ramadan bazaar in Kuala Lumpur where you will find a huge spread of street foodie, delicacies and local cuisine.
Then let’s experience the breaking of fast in a Malay home and experience authentic Malay home cook and hospitality.
It is our pleasure to take you around our beloved Kampung Baru, discover its local life, foodie, and cultural sights!

Check Out Chow Kit
What we’ll do
Chow Kit takes its name from Penang-born tin tycoon Loke Chow Kit, who made his name and his money at the turn of the 20th Century.
Up to the 1980s, Chow Kit was a thriving centre of trade in the city.
Today, the neighbourhood is still best known for its bustling, lively market (the largest wet market in Kuala Lumpur), sprawling mass of stalls selling everything under the sun, from fresh produce to old school titbits! Then there’s the neighbourhood’s quietly seedy side, once upon a time famously for its red light district and see traces of remnants from the past..
Malaysia’s famous mix of cultures is evident here, with all languages and dialects spoken on the streets. Taken together with the characterful streets and residents who’ve been there for generations, it’s KL’s most authentic neighbourhood, untouched by skyscrapers and suits.
